Pricing
All prices on this web site are for mounted prints, unless otherwise stated.
We endeavour to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, however, errors can and sometimes do occur. If we have made an error on the price of any item you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option to:

All goods are offered for sale in Pounds Sterling. We are not responsible for bank/card charges incurred for overseas customers.
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate – currently 15%; however, VAT will not be charged on orders for overseas customers and the difference will be refunded accordingly.
Customs & import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges.
Payment
Payment can be made by any method specified. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque (drawn on a major UK bank) in Pounds Sterling (£) and we accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Switch and Solo - and any of these credit / debit cards can be used as a method of payment taken for orders over our website, but customers can select the option to pay by cheque, either by post or in person at the gallery, or by cash in person at the gallery.
All funds must be cleared before the goods are despatched.
Delivery Policy
All orders that are confirmed and with cleared funds and that are in stock at the gallery will normally be despatched within 1 - 5 days; unless the item requires framing, in which case we will contact you to advise you of despatch times.
If a delay occurs you will be notifed as soon as possible; and will be [i] given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or [ii] cancel the order. If the item is out of stock at the publishers we will give you a full refund and cancel the order.
Please advise us if you do not receive your item within 3 days of despatch (the date we will notify you) in order that we can trace it with the couriers.
Delivery is free on all orders over £100 to UK addresses only.
Delivery must be to the same address as your credit / debit card billing address.
Overseas customers must provide a contact number and e-mail address; we will confirm shipping costs before proceding with the sale.
Returns Policy
All orders are carefully checked prior to despatch. Occasionally, items are damaged, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
We will always strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If the goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving them. Keep all the packaging material; we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you on a convenient date or to have a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 3 days for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and the cost of returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
